痰热型冠心病临床生化检验指标的选择与应用价值

Selection and application value of the clinical biochemistry indicators for phlegm coronary heart disease

目的探讨痰热型冠心病与常规临床生化检验指标之间的关系。方法选择40例确诊为痰热型冠心病患者纳入观察组,40例健康人员纳入对照组,比较两组研究对象的生化指标,包括血糖(GLU)、总蛋白(TP)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度胆固醇(LDL-C)、脂蛋白a(LPa)和C反应蛋白(CRP)等,并进行统计学分析。结果两组研究对象的GLU、TP、BUN、Cr和UA指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但TC、TG、HDL-C指标间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而LDL-C、LPa和CRP在两组间的差异有极显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、LPa和CRP可作为痰热型冠心病研究的客观指标,尤其以LDL-C、LPa,和CRP与痰热型冠心病有更好的相关性,而GLU、TP、BUN、Cr和UA与痰热型冠心病相关性差。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the phlegm coronary artery disease and rou- tine clinical biochemistry indicators. Methods Forty patients with phlegm coronary artery disease were chosen as the observation group, 40 cases of healthy people were chosen as the control group. The biochemical indicators, in- eluding blood glucose （GLU）, total protein （TP）, blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, creatinine （Cr）, uric acid （UA）, total cho- lesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）, lipoprotein a （LPA） C-reactive protein （CRP）, were analyzed. Results There were no significant difference between the two groups in Glu, TP, BUN, Cr, and UA （P〉0.05）; there were significant difference between the two groups in TC, TG, HDL-C （P〈0.05）; there were markedly significant difference between the two groups in LDL-C, LPA and CRP （P〈0.01）. Conclusion TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, LPA and CRP can be used as objective indicators for the research of phlegm coronary artery disease. Phlegm coronary artery disease shows better correlation with LDL-C, LPA, and CRP than GLU, TP, BUN, Cr, and UA.
