糖尿病周围神经病变患者生活质量调查分析

Investigation and analysis on the life quality of patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy

目的调查分析糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者的生活质量。方法随机抽取58例体检健康人和58例住院DPN患者,分为正常组和DPN组,均采用糖尿病特异性生存质量量表、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)进行调查,比较所得数据并进行分析。结果 DPN组患者的生存质量总分及心理素质、社会功能以及物质条件4个方面都低于正常组,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而HAMD及HAMA的评分都高于正常组,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病周围神经病变患者的生活质量较差,医护人员应注重患者的情绪以及心理变化,加以辅助心理治疗,以提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate and analyze the life quality of patients with diabetes peripheral neuropa- thy （DEN）. Methods Fifty-eight healthy people （the control group） and 58 DPN patients （the DNP group） in hospital were selected randomly and investigated by Diabetes-specific Quality of Life Scale （DQOL）, Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD）, Hamilton anxiety scale （HAMA）. The data were analyzed. Results The total sore of life quality and psychological quality, social function and material condition in DNP group were all significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）, while the score of HAMD and HAMA were significantly higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The life quality of the patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy is relatively bad. Medical workers should pay attention to the patients＇ emotion, psychology and aplly psychiatric treatment to improve the life quality of patients.
