辽宁省抗震设防监管现状及对策初探

CURRENT SITUATION AND COUNTERMEASURES OF EARTHQUAKE FORTIFICATION SUPERVISION IN LIAONING PROVINCE

通过分析辽宁省抗震设防监管的现状,对抗震设防监管中发现的问题进行认真研究,提出强化抗震设防监管的对策与建议。认为强化抗震设防要求监管的对策是:进一步完善相关法律法规;加大社会宣传力度,强化抗震设防意识;加强建设工程抗震设防要求全过程的监督和管理;进一步加大行政执法力度;实施农村民居地震安全工程等。

Based on introducing the current situation of earthquake fortification supervision in Liaoning Province, the problems have been found and analyzed. The countermeasures and suggestions have been proposed to strengthen the earthquake fortification supervision. The relevant laws and regulations should be improved. The publicity effects should be raised. People＇s consciousness of the earthquake fortification should be strengthened. The whole process of the seismic fortification engineering should be supervised and managed. The administrative enforcement should be enhanced. And the rural buildings＇ safety engineering should put into practice as soon as possible.
