摘要
ε-己内酯是一种重要的有机合成中间体。介绍了ε-己内酯的特性以及由环己酮制备ε-己内酯的方法。本文重点阐述了环己酮氧化法中的过氧酸化法、双氧水氧化法、氧气氧化法和生物氧化法,并逐一探讨各种方法的优缺点。对双氧水氧化法中的催化剂分为均相催化剂和非均相催化剂两部分分析比较其优缺点。
ε - caprolactone is an important intermediate for organic synthesis. Characteristics of the ε- caprolactone and synthesis method of ε - caprolactone are described,the method such as Baeyer - Villiger cyclohexanone oxidation, oxidation of cyclohexanone with per - carboxylic acid, H2O2,O2, and the enzyme catalysis method are summarized in this article, and explore the advantages and disadvantages of the various methods one by one are explored. The homogeneous catalyst systems are compared with the heterogeneous catalyst systems in hydrogen peroxide oxidation method.
