环己醇合成环己酮的工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 制备的单缺位杂多酸盐作为催化剂催化环己醇合成环己酮,当相转移催化剂为四丁基溴化铵时,环己酮的收率较高。实验考察了反应时间、反应温度、双氧水用量、催化剂用量和四丁基溴化铵用量对环己酮收率的影响。对反应进行优化,获得了适宜的反应条件(以0.045 mol环己醇计):反应时间4 h,反应温度80℃,n(H2O2)∶n(环己醇)=6.5∶1,催化剂0.3 g,四丁基溴化铵0.045 g。在此条件下,环己酮的收率达97%以上。 The cyclohexanone is synthesized from cyclohexanol using the movovacant heteropoly tungstates as the catalyst, when tetrabutylammonium bromide as the phase transfer catalyst. A high yield of cyelohex- anone was got. The influence of reaction time, reaction temperature, hydrogen peroxide dosage, catalyst dosage and tetrabutlammonium bromide dosage upon the oxidation of cyclohexanol to cyclohexanone in the presence of the movovacant heteropolytungstate catalyst are investigated. The optimal synthesis conditions are obtained by optimizing the process, the results shows as follows ( based on 0.045 tool cyclohexanol) : reaction time 4 h, reaction temperature 80℃, n (cyclohexanol) : n ( H2O2 ) = 6.5 : 1, the amount of cata- lyst 0.3 g and the amount of tetrabutlammonium bromide 0.045 g. Under the optimal conditions, the total yield of the final product is above 97%.
