超声与手工龈下刮治对离体牙根面影响的扫描电镜结果比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的:超声治疗仪和手用器械龈下刮治后的离体牙牙根面的扫描电镜结果比较。方法:选取因慢性牙周炎拔牙的未经牙周治疗的18颗离体前磨牙,随机分为3组:空白对照组、超声刮治组、手工刮治组,每组6颗患牙。在相同操作时间内超声治疗组和手用器械组分别用超声治疗仪和手用器械刮治,在扫描电镜下观察各组牙根面残留的菌斑牙石、膜状物及牙根面光滑程度。结果:超声刮治组根面光滑、无菌斑、残留物方面,均较手用器械组效果好。结论:超声刮治和手用器械相比,能制造更加平整的牙根面,刮治效果更好。 Objective: To evaluate the effects of scaling and root planning using ultrasonic scaler and hand scaler under SEM. Methods: Eighteen extracted human premolars were collected and randomly divided into groups A (control), B (ultrasonic scaler) and C (hand scaling). Each group contains 6 teeth. Groups B and C were treated with ultrasonic scaler and hand sealer respectively with the same operating time. All the teeth were observed under SEM to compare their remnant and surface smoothness. Results: The ultrasonic scaler group shows the better effect; the specimens were smoother, no plaque and no remnant. Conclusion: Ultrasonic scaler is more effective to make a smoother root surface.
