摘要
采用琼脂扩散法测定海洋多粘类芽孢杆菌(Paenibacillus polymyxa)L1-9菌株发酵液的抗菌谱及抗菌作用的稳定性。结果表明:L1-9菌株发酵液对17种供试植物病原真菌均具有较强的的抑制作用,对5种病原真菌的抑菌带宽度达到15 mm以上;对供试5种病原细菌也具有明显的抑制作用;该菌株发酵液的抑菌作用具有较好的热稳定性和蛋白酶稳定性,在弱酸条件下抗菌作用较好,但对紫外线敏感。L1-9菌株的代谢产物具有广谱抗菌活性和较好的稳定性。
By means of the monolayer agar plate diffusion method, antimicrobial spectrum and stability of marine Paenibacillus polymyxa strain L1-9 fermentation broth were studied. The results showed that strain L1-9 had considerable antifungal activity to 17 kinds of plant pathogenic fungi, and the breadth of inhibitory strip against 5 kinds of plant pathogens was more than 15 mm. Additionally, it also showed considerable antibacterial activity to 5 kinds of bacteria. The researchon stability of fermentation broths of L^-9 to heat, acid, alkali and light showed that it bad a stable activity to heat and protease, but unstable to UV. And it was steady under the weak acid environment. Antimicrobial spectrum of strain LI-9 was wide and the antimicrobial activity of the fermentation broths was stable.
