作者介绍了铁道部科教司科研项目管理信息系统的研究与设计方法,就系统结构、功能以及特色进行了阐述,重点论述了系统数据库的设计及其开放性和扩展性,并就数据兼容性、数据查询和报表打印等关键技术进行了探讨。
The Writers introduce the research and design of the scientific research project management information system of the Ministry of Railways. We also discuss the architecture, function and features of the system and some techniques applied, including the design, expansibility and compatibility of the system database. In addition, we put our emphasis on some key techniques as flexible query and report forms.
