摘要
为了提高方波励磁频率,以便在浆液测量中克服浆液噪声的影响,提出基于能量回馈和电流旁路的电磁流量计高低压励磁控制方案。通过采用高低压切换的方式,加快方波励磁过程中励磁电流的恒流控制响应速度;引入电流旁路电路,实现励磁电流的响应超调;采用能量回馈电路降低电路能耗。经实验验证,该励磁系统能够显著加快励磁电流的响应速度,恒流控制响应速度提升400%,励磁电路工作稳定可靠,励磁恒流控制精度高,系统的能量回馈电路效率达78.2%。
For improving the frequency of the square wave excitation and decreasing slurry noise effect in slurry measurement,the high and low voltage excitation control scheme based on the energy feedback and current bypass circuit is proposed.By using the method of toggling high and low voltage of supply power,this excitation system can accelerate the response speed in the square wave excitation process of constant current control.The excitation current overshoot is realized by introducing current bypass circuit.The energy feedback circuit is designed to decrease the power consumption.The experiment verifies that the new excitation system can speed up the control response up to 400%,and keep the stability of current with high accuracy.The efficiency of energy feedback circuit is up to 78.2%.
