基于MB91F467D的总线式汽车仪表设计

摘要 由于汽车上电子设备越来越多,智能化程度越来越高,汽车仪表盘内容越来越丰富,要求驾驶员对车况即时信息一目了然。为进一步适应要求,提高仪表综合控制的准确性,文章基于微控制器MB91F467D对车速和发动机转速等信号进行硬件系统设计,并对步进电机VID29-05及驱动芯片进行介绍;在设计主程序流程图的前提下,对里程表和时速表软件进行详细设计。通过实验室模拟,验证了该仪表显示系统指示精度高,反应更灵敏。本系统的采用会进一步改善车内布线,仪表结构更简单,显示实时性更强。 With inereasingly electronics used on vehicle,intelligent level is becoming higher and higher, the dashboard function is more complex, therefore a driver should see the concrete information clearly at a glance. In order to meet the requirements, this paper introduces the accuracy of improving the instrument function based on the micro controller MB91F467D. the signals from vehicle speed and engine speed are determined, and the stepper motor driver chip VID29-05 are described in the paper, based on flow chart of the main program design, software of the speedometer is designed in detail. Through laboratory simulation, it is validated that the instrument display presents high precision, more sensitive reaction. Adupting this system will further i,nprove vehicle wiring, as result, instrument structure is more simple, real-time display function is more stronger.
