摘要
车身零件冲压成型过程中产生的残余应力对其结构强度和刚度具有一定的影响。文章利用Auto Form软件,对某车型前机盖外板进行冲压工艺分析,得到其应力分布图;再利用Altair-hypermesh软件对其进行刚度和强度的分析,得到其在扭转和侧向工况下的应力云图分布。通过Geomagic Qualify逆向校核软件,横向研究比较发现其存在相同的应力集中区域。针对研究对比的结果,可以对车身零件进行优化以达到强化车身零件刚度和强度的效果。
Residual stress generated in the body stamping process influences on its structural strength and stiffness partly. In this paper, the stress distribution diagram is obtained by analyzing stamping process of exterior hood panel with Autoform, furthermore, stiffness and strength of exterior hood panel had been analyzed based on Ahair-hypermesh, the diagram of stress distribution is shown in the direction of torsional and lateral. Compared the results with Geomagic Qualify, there are the same areas of stress concentration. According to the results, the body parts can be optimized to improve the stiffness and strength.
