摘要
为了开发具有先进性能的发动机,文章对一款二气门汽油机的性能进行升级,开发了三气门汽油机。通过对原机气门数的增加、气门直径的优化和进排气道改进设计,以达到提高汽油机进气充量,提升发动机动力性能的目的。运用GT-POWER软件对开发的三气门汽油机进行充气效率、动力性、缸内压力和缸内温度的分析,评估了三气门发动机的性能。并对改进后的汽油机进行了试验验证,表明计算分析结果与试验结果一致性较好,该发动机性能提升方法可行。
In oMer to develop the updated engine, the performance of two-valve engine is upgraded and three-valve engine is developed, Adding the nmnber of valve, optimizing valve diameter and redesigning intake and exhaust port can improve the intake air volume, enhance the engine dynamics. The performance of three-valve engine from the aspects of eharging efficiency. dynamies, in-cylinder pressure and in-cylinder temperature is analyzed by the suftware of GT-POWER, and three-valve engine has been tested in the bench. The resuhs show that calculation analysis is in compliance with the test resuhs, the method for upgrading the performance of engine is feasible.
