摘要
焦炉气作为车用替代燃料,所含杂质会导致发动机供气系统管路堵塞和零部件腐蚀。文章分析了焦炉气中所含杂质,针对初步净化后焦炉气中硫和萘等杂质质量浓度较高,不能满足车用要求的问题,制定了适于车用焦炉气的净化脱水工艺。经净化脱水后的焦炉气总硫质量浓度小于200mg/m3;H2S质量浓度小于15mg/m3;萘和焦油的质量浓度均在人工煤气的基础上降低很多;水露点可以达到-60℃,满足车用替代燃料要求。经整车运行试验,发动机未出现零件腐蚀和供气管路堵塞的现象。
Coke oven gas as an alternative fuel for motor vehicles, it contains impurities causing air supply pipes blockage and engine parts corrosion. In this paper, the impurities whieh contained in the COG are analyzed, for the preliminary purification of COG impurities such as sulfur, naphthalene can not meet the need of motor vehieles. In order to make desulfurization, naphthalene removal and dehydration treatment, purification and dehydration process that is suitable for COG as alternative fuel for motor vehicles was developed. Tests showed that through purification and dehydration of COG, the total sulfur contented of COG was less than 200 mg/m^3. H,S contented of COG was less than 15 mg/m3, naphthalene anti tar contents were much lower on the basis of artificial gas. water dew point up to -60℃ After purification and dehydration of COG, the requirements of the alternative automobile fuels were met. It is found that the phenomenon about engine parts to be corroded and air supply pipeblocked does not appear.
