摘要 结合吉林石化公司乙丙橡胶生产装置,分析了催化剂配制过程中的影响因素,查找了三氯氧钒与无水乙醇反应后生成杂质的原因。由于对主原料催化剂尚无分析方法,对影响催化剂配制的各类因素认识不够,致使催化剂配制后生成杂质,影响了装置稳定运行及成本控制。通过工艺探索,优化了无水乙醇的原料指标;增加氮气鼓泡气量、延长鼓泡时间以及循环过滤的方式,解决了催化剂配制过程中出现的问题,保证了装置能够平稳生产,从而达到降低产品成本,提高乙丙橡胶装置创效能力的目的。 In this paper,in consideration of the ethylene-propylene rubber production equipment for catalyst preparation of Jilin Petrochemical Co,we analyses the affecting factors in the process and finds out the reasons why there are the impurities after the reaction of the vanadium oxytrichloride and anhydrous ethanol.Since there is no analytical method of main raw material and catalyst and we are lack of awareness of all kinds of factors which affect the catalyst preparation,the impurities are produced after the preparing catalyst.And this condition also affects the stable operation of the device and cost control.Through the process of exploration,we optimize the material indexes of anhydrous ethanol,increase the amount of the gas of the nitrogen bubbling,prolong the bubbling time and the way of cycling filtration,solve the problems in the process of catalyst preparation,and ensure that the device can produce smoothly.And we reduce the product cost and improve the benefiting ability of the ethylene propylene rubber device.
