摘要 介绍了X荧光光谱法对中低合金钢中Si、Mn、P、S、As、Ti、Ni和Cr8种化学成分的分析方法。选用国家标准样品建立工作曲线,利用经验系数法进行基体校正,谱线重叠校正、基体干扰校正等。结果采用国标样品标准值进行验证,并与火花源原子发射光谱法分析结果进行比较;实验证明,相对标准偏差均<2%,准确度在允许偏差范围内,方法可靠性满足生产需求。加强了与直读光谱之间的比对实验,弥补了直读光谱维修期间的分析工作。 This paper first introduces that X-ray fluorescence spectrometry can analyze the eight chemical compositions of Si, Mn, P, S, As, Ti, Ni and Cr containing in middle-low alloy steel by establishing a working curve with national standard samples, using the empirical coefficient for matrix correction, spec- tral overlap correction and matrix interference correction. The analysis is verified by international sample standard value and contrasted with the one by using spark source atomic emission spectrometry. The re- sult shows that, by using X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, the relative standard deviations are accurate to less than 2% , within the allowable deviation range, which can meet production needs in terms of its reliability. It also strengthens a contrastive experiment with direct reading spectrum so as to replace the analysis work when the direct reading spectrometer is in maintenance.
