摘要
采用西门子S7系统、Profibus、AT-EB及AT18实现的地铁安全门控制系统具有广泛的应用领域,但在高校基于西门子系统的地铁安全门实验系统中只能对电机的动作进行模仿且只能进行一对一控制。利用WinCC对PLC存储区域的操作开发的仿真实验系统,对地铁安全门的动作进行了完全的仿真,同时可以采用一套控制系统对多个安全门进行控制,真正再现了实际地铁安全门的工作特征,为高校提供了更加直观的地铁安全门实验系统。
Employing Siemens S7 system, PROFIBUS, the AT-EB and ATI8, the drive control system for subway security doors has been widely used. In colleges or universities, the experiment of Siemens system-based subway security door system can only simulate the motion of the motor on one-to-one control mode. The author develops a simulation system by using WinCC to operate the PLC storage area, comple- ting a full simulation to subway security door's series motions, by which, more than one security doors can be controlled. The system truly represents the characteristics of the actual subway security doors and provides a more visualized subway security door experiment system for colleges and universities.
