磷矿石粉磨系统技术改造

摘要 针对公司磷矿石粉磨系统存在的问题,通过制定和实施粉磨系统设备、工艺和电气方面的改造方案,使粉磨系统台时产量由8 t/h提高到12 t/h,产品细度得到优化,粉尘排放质量浓度由ρ=350 g/Nm3降低到ρ≤50mg/Nm3,实现了提产增效和节能减排。 In view of problems in phosphorus ore grinding system, this paper comes up with a plan to transform the grinding system equipment, technologies and electrical devices, and then implements it in practice. The result shows that the output per machine has raised from 8 t/h to 12 t/h, the fineness of products has been optimized and dust emission concentration decreases from 3500 g/Nm^3 to 50 mg/Nm^3. It realizes the increase of production and efficiency, and also energy-saving & emission reduction.
