摘要
利用大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS,对爆炸冲击荷载作用下的十字钢框架节点进行数值模拟,分析了爆炸冲击荷载作用下节点的响应,并讨论了不同钢材材料参数对节点动力响应的影响,得出了提高钢材的强度和弹性模量,可以减少爆炸冲击荷载对结构的破坏;同时利用了ABAQUS显式和隐式处理器之间数据信息的相互传递功能,分析了爆炸冲击荷载作用对钢框架节点滞回性能的影响,发现爆炸冲击荷载作用可以降低结构的延性,对结构整体性能是不利的。根据对爆炸冲击荷载作用下节点性能的研究得出的相应结论,提出了在以后的结构设计中应充分考虑爆炸冲击荷载对结构的不利影响,选用对结构防爆性能有利的材料,并采取相应的加强措施提高结构的整体延性来减少爆炸冲击荷载对结构的破坏程度。
Making use of ABAQUS, the large finite element analysis software, deals with numerical simulation of cross steel frame node under the effect of explosion shock load, analyses the response of the node and discusses different steel material parameters on the influence of the node's dynamical response. As a result of it, it is concluded that the increase of steel strength and elasticity modulus can reduce the damage of explosion shock load to construction. Meanwhile taking advantage of the function of transmiting information between explicit processor and implicit processor in ABAQUS, analyses the effect of explosion shock load on steel frame node under low cyclic load, concludes that it is bad to the overall structural performance and the effect of explosion shock load can decrease the tensility of the structure. According to the conclusion from the research on steel frame node's function under the effect of explosion shock load, presents that negative influence of explosion shock load should be taken fully into account, beneficial materials to explosion protection should be ehoosen and the corresponding measures improving tensility of the structure should be taken to reduce structure's damage degree by explosion shock load in future design.
