基于灰色关联分析的新疆经济发展问题探析

Analysis on Xinjiang's Economic Development Based on Gray Correlation Analysis

该文根据经济增长要素理论,运用灰色关联的分析方法,分析出新疆经济发展目前存在的四个主要问题:能源消耗量大,地缘优势没有得到充分发挥,政府的作用十分明显,就业结构不合理;提出通过扩大内需,开拓内外部市场,加强宏观调控,强化政府公共服务职能,加快产业结构优化升级等措施,促进新疆经济的进一步发展。

According to the theory of economic growth factors, using gray corelational analysis,the paper has obtained the four major problems in economic development in Xinjiang： big energy consumption; un- derdevelopment of the geopolitical advantages; important function of government; irrational structure of employment. Finally, it has put forward some measures to promote the further economic development in Xinjiang,including expansion of domestic demands, development of domestic and international markets, enhancing macro-regulation, strengthening government＇s function of public service and accelerating opti- mization and upgrading of industrial structure.
