公路交通噪声危害及降噪方法手段探讨

经济建设促进交通运输业的快速发展,公路修建、车辆运营产生的噪声同时也给周边的生态环境带来了破坏,交通噪声扰民问题日渐严重,亟待解决。本文全面阐述了交通噪声的危害,并从控制噪声振动源、切断噪声传播途径和交通行政管理措施制定等角度对降低噪声的方法和手段进行归纳、比较,为今后道路降噪工程的实施提供有意参考依据。

Economic construction promotes the rapid development of traffic transportation, but the noise of highway construction and from vehicles at the same time also destroys the surrounding ecological environment. The traffic noise is getting more seri- ous and urgently awaited to be solved. This paper comprehensively expounded the harm of traffic noise, and from angles of the control of noise vibration source, to cut off the noise transmission way and traffic administrative measures to conclude and com- pare the methods and means about reducing noise for the future road engineering.
