摘要
旱限水位确定综合考虑水库下游河道生态用水、供水对象用水需求、水库蒸渗损失,以其最大需求值作为应供水量,结合特征库容确定相应水位,以便及时启动抗旱应急响应。确定的石堡川水库旱限水位925.50m已经陕西省防汛抗旱办公室2012年4月25日专家组会议审查通过。
The determination of drought water level should consider the ecological water use in the lower reaches, water demand of users, and water loss of evaporation and seepage of reservoir. Combing the characteristics of reservoir capacity, the maxi- mum demand value was taken as the water supply amount to determine the appropriate water level in order to start a drought e- mergency response in time. 925.50 m drought water level of Shibaochuan reservoir has been examined and passed by the ex- pertise panel at the Shaanxi Provincial Flood Control and Drought Relief Office on April 25, 2012.
