摘要
自我管理能力是大学生综合素质的重要组成部分,在社会环境的客观因素、自身自我教育弱化的主观因素及传统教育模式的影响下,高职学生缺乏自我管理能力,主要表现在:自主学习意识淡薄、参与活动积极性不够、时间管理失控、情绪控制力弱等。因此高职院校应从学生个体、课堂教育、班主任辅导员管理、制度建设等方面入手,培养学生自我管理能力。
Self-management skill is an important part of the overall quality of college students, under the influence of objective factors of the social environment, subjective factors of weakening of their own self-education and traditional education model, higher vocational students lack of self-management skills, mainly in: poor awareness of autonomous learning, inactive in activi- ties, out of control in time management, and weakness in self-control. Hence, vocational colleges should foster students' self- management skill through education, management, and discipline building.
