84例交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 2010年2月至2012年8月采用交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折84例,其中闭合性骨折51例,开放性骨折33例。致伤原因:车祸伤33例,高处坠落伤35例,摔伤16例。骨折部位:胫骨中上段骨折者21例,中段骨折者27例,中下段骨折者36例。按照AO分型,A型21例,B型48例,C型15例。结果随访本组84例患者,时间9~36个月,平均25个月。所有患者骨折均愈合,骨折愈合时间6~8个月,平均7.5个月。无骨折畸形愈合,所有患者膝关节及踝关节活动正常,未发生内固定断裂及骨筋膜室综合征。按照Johner-wruhs胫骨干骨折治疗最终效果的评价标准评定,本组优59例,良24例,差1例。结论交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折疗效确切,操作简便,损伤小,并发症少,是治疗胫骨骨折的有效方法,值得临床推广应用。
