贝雷梁支撑体系在高层建筑转换层结构施工中的应用

以青岛某商务酒店工程为例,结合荷载传递、叠合浇筑、吊模、型钢或桁架法,通过类比分析,采用贝雷梁支撑体系方案。针对贝雷梁支撑构件牛腿,经强度验算,该支撑体系满足施工安全的要求。在模板支设时,为方便贝雷梁支撑拆除,在转换梁梁底及贝雷梁两端部预埋短钢筋,保证工程质量,取得了良好的经济效益。

With the project of a business hotel in Qingdao as an example, and in combination with methods of load transfer, superimposed pouring, crane model, profile steel and truss method, through analogy analysis, the Bailey beam support sys tem program was adopted. The checking calculation of the brackets of Bailey beam support system shows that the support system meets the requirements of the construc tion safety. In the framework supporting, short bars are embedded in the transfer beam bottom and Bailey beam ends in order to facilitate the removal of Bailey beam support, the engineering quality has been ensured and good economic benefits have been achieved.
