摘要
论述了建设项目质量、投资、进度三大目标既相互矛盾 ,又相互关联的关系 ,寻求投资控制的方法 ,以投资控制为核心 。
The article explains three objectives (i.e,quality,investment and progress)of a project and their contradictions and interrelationships,and tries to find out the method for investment control, so as to optimize the interrelationships of the three objectives on the basis of investment control.
