摘要 提出一种基于固态变压器的永磁同步风力发电机并网系统。在并网变流器中加入高频变压器,实现整流和逆变部分的电气隔离,高压侧变流器的输出电压达到10kV,从而减小了并网电流。在直流侧增加超级电容储能装置,使风电机组具备较强的低电压穿越能力。对系统的关键控制部分进行分析设计,建立了系统仿真模型。研究结果表明,所设计的新型风电并网系统能够明显减小并网冲击电流,并具有很强的低电压穿越能力,是一种有效的永磁同步风力发电机并网方法。 This paper puts forward a new permanent magnet synchronous wind-power generation grid-connected system based on solid state transformer. The high frequency transformer is added into the power electronics converters to realize an electrical isolation between the rectifier and the inverter. The output voltage of the inverter can be 10 kV and the grid-connected current is reduced. The super capacitor storage device is added to the DC bus, so that the wind generation system has strong ability of low voltage ride through. The model of the above mentioned system is constructed and its key control segments are analyzed and designed. The simulation results show that in this system, the grid-connected impact current is small and the capability of LVRT is strong. Therefore, it is a kind of valid method for the wind generation system to connect to the grid.
