卵巢上皮的干细胞特性

摘要 卵巢上皮(OSE)是被覆在卵巢表面的单层扁平或立方细胞,被视为与腹膜的间皮层相连续的盆腔间皮,其详细生物学特性在许多方面仍是未知。与大多数的正常上皮不同,它是一个分化程度相对较低的不定向的细胞层,表达间充质和上皮的典型标记物,在环境因素的作用下可以分化成多种细胞类型。
