摘要
企业破产是市场经济下一种客观存在的经济现象。企业在面临破产之前都有一些相应的症兆 ,文中分析了多种企业破产的症兆 ,并提出了相应的识别方法。
Enterprise bankruptcy is objectively economical phenomenon in market economy. There are some corresponding symptoms when enterprise will face with bankruptcy. Some symptoms of enterprise bankruptcy are analyzed, and the corresponding identified methods are suggested.
