摘要
杭州石大路大桥为一座自锚上承式钢筋混凝土拱桥,跨径组合为(88+160+88)m,采用水平转体施工,转体角度26,转体重量16800t,在同类型桥梁中其转体重量位居世界第一。主要介绍转体施工中上下球铰、滑道、牵引及助推系统等的设计,并对转体施工进行了监控计算。该桥梁的成功转体合拢对以后同类型桥梁的转体施工具有一定的技术指导作用。
Shida road bridge in Hangzhou is an upper bearing arch bridge with the span(88 + 160 + 88)m, introducing the horizontal rotating construction at the rotating angle of 26 degrees and the weight of rotating in 16800 tons, which ranks the first place in the world in the same kind of bridges. This paper mainly presents the design of the up and down ball - hinge, slipway, traction as well as its boost system, etc. Moreover, the monitoring of the rotation construction is also calculated. The successful closure of rotating construction would provide certain technical guidance in later horizontal rotating construction engineering.
