物流成本与效率关系到利润，而交通物流资源整合问题优化的本质是降低成本和提高效率，最大化的地运用现有各种资源，进行更为合理有效的交通物流服务。为了对综合交通物流资源进行整体优化配置，加强和改进物流资源整合管理的具体细则和实施方案，搭建综合交通物流公共信息平台，针对综合交通物流资源存在的问题进行了深入的调查研究，并以陕西交通运输管理现状为依托进行了全面分析，指出进行综合交通物流资源整合的必要性和紧迫性，从而为政府、业界的决策提供科学合理的改革管理依据。

Logistics cost and efficiency are related to profitability while the nature of optimization in traffic logistics resources integration is to reduce cost and improve efficiency so as to better serve traffic logistics by making full of maximizing various resources .
