摘要
高等职业教育要充分体现学生职业素质的培养与职业能力的提高。通过全面剖析城轨运营管理专业面向岗位的职业能力内涵,以专业职业能力为核心,职业延展能力为外延,单项能力为线索,构建知识、能力、素质协调发展的课程体系结构。为学生提供体验完整工作过程的课程学习框架,使其逐步实现从学〉-7者到工作者的角色转换。
The higher vocational education should fully reflect students' vocation quality training and vocation competency raising. Through the comprehensive analysis of vocational competency relating to urban rail transit operation management specialty posts, with specialty's vocation competency as the core, with vocation prolongation competency as the extension, with single vocation competency as the clue, the article builds curriculum systematic structure to be able to realize coordinated progress of students' knowledge, ability, quality. The paper provides students with curriculum learning frame from which they can experience complete working process, and makes students progressively change their role from a learner to a worker.
