高职院校校企合作的问题与对策

On the Problems and Countermeasures of College-enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges

针对目前我国高职院校校企合作存在的问题进行分析,提出要建立一个操作性强、长期稳定和具有真正意义的校企合作关系,唯一的办法是由国家通过以立法形式来规范和统筹校企合作,建立由政府、企业、行业、学校四方联动机制,形成一个效益共同体,才能够使校企合作走上稳健、可持续发展的道路。

Based on the analysis of the problems existing in college-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges, this article presents a way to establish a practical and stable relationship between college and enterprise .The government should regulate and co-ordinate the college-enterprise cooperation by legislation forms, and set up a beneficial community combined the government, enterprise, industry and college, so that the college-enterprise cooperation can develop steadily and sustainably.
