摘要
研究了稀土元素 Ce添加对 Ni-P沉积镀层表面形貌及耐蚀性能的影响 .试验结果表明 ,随着稀土元素Ce添加量的增加 ,镀层中的宏观孔洞逐渐减少 ,耐蚀性能逐渐增加 ,但沉积速度随之降低 。
The effects of the adding rare earth on the morphology and corrosion resistance of the layer of Ni P deposition is investigated in the paper. The experimental results showe that with the increasing of Ce, the number of macro holes on the deposition layer decreases and the corrosion resistance increases gradually, while the deposition rate drops. The causes are discussed in the paper.
