摘要
结合具体实例 ,论述利用微型计算机进行摩擦实验的过程监控、信号数据采集与处理技术 ,详述了传感器选择、系统配制及要求、软件界面设计、多通道采样与控制技术 ,以及混合信号处理技术 ,通过合理选配和编程 ,可实时定量显示摩擦学数据、监测摩擦状态 ,最大限度地减少人工干预 ,提高实验的准确性、可靠性和重复精度 .
Combined with concrete examples ,we stated the application of computers to monitoring and control,and data acquisition and processing in tribological experiments.We also outlined the selection of transducers,system requirements,design of software interface,technology of multichannel data acquisition and processing,and mixed signal processing.It is concluded that the goals of showing quantitative real_time tribological performance data and tribological status through proper selection of hardware and development of software interface can be achieved and the interference of mankind with the experiments can be minimized.So higher accuracy,higher reliability and higher repeatability precision of tests can be reached.
