随着我国经济快速发展和对外交往的日益频繁，以商务、就业、学习等为目的的在华外国人口逐年递增。在这一背景下，外籍人员犯罪及其监管改造工作形势也日益严峻。而其中，外籍犯的刑罚执行制度和工作现状，值得进一步关注和研究。

With the rapid development of China＇s economy and the increasing frequency of international relations, more and more foreign people with the purpose of business, employment, and study have come to China. In this context, expatriate crime is getting serious and the regulatory reform appears to more difficult. It is the execution of foreign criminal penalties system and its status quo that deserve further attention and study.
