摘要
在分析我国报废汽车回收企业评价问题的特点和影响因素的基础上,构建了该类企业的评价指标体系.根据可拓学理论,将报废汽车回收企业、根据报废汽车回收企业特点建立的评价指标和指标特征值结合成物元,建立了基于物元可拓的报废汽车回收企业评价模型.提出了基于粗糙集理论和层次分析法的组合赋权方法,并将距离函数引入到主客观权重的分配当中.最后通过对选取的5家报废汽车回收厂进行评价,证明了该方法的正确性和有效性.
This paper builded the evaluation index system of the enterprise based on the a- nalysis of the characteristics of the evaluation and influencing factors of scrap auto recycling enterprise in our country. According to the extenics theory, putted the scrap auto recycling enterprise, the evaluation index established by the characteristics of scrap auto recycling en- terprise and index characteristic value as matter element, and builded the scrap car recycling enterprise evaluation model based on matter-element extension. A combination weighting method is established, which combined by rough sets theory and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) ,and introduced the distance function into the subjective and objective weight distri- bution. Finally the correctness and validity of the method is proved through the evaluation of selected five scrap auto recycling factories.
