柴油机高压共轨试验台ECU的设计

摘要 设计了一种采用双核单片机和集成功率驱动模块的柴油机高压共轨试验台的电控单元,并开发了适用于该电控单元的控制软件.为了验证所设计的ECU的控制能力,用设计的电控单元替代某成熟高压共轨试验台的电控单元进行高压泵泵油测试、共轨轨道压力稳定性测试和电磁阀喷油测试.测试结果表明,所设计电控单元能达到原机电控单元的控制水平. An electric control unit(ECU) for the high pressure common rail experiment sys- tem of diesel engines, with a dual-core CPU and an integrated power device, has been de- signed and the software for it is also developed. In order to test the ECU's performance, experiments such as the pumping test of the high-pressure pump, the stability test of the common rail pressure and the injection test of solenoid valve, have been done in a high pres- sure common rail experiment system with the new ECU instead of the original one. The re- sults indicate the designed ECU has the same controlling capability as the original one.
