盐酸贝尼地平联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗稳定型心绞痛23例

Benidipine Hydrochloride Combined with Metoprolol Tartrate in Treating 23 Cases of Stable Angina Pectoris

目的观察盐酸贝尼地平联用酒石酸美托洛尔治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将46例稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组。在常规硝酸酯类药物和阿司匹林药物治疗的基础上A组加服盐酸贝尼地平每次4 mg,2次/天;酒石酸美托洛尔初始量每次6.25 mg,2次/天,依患者耐受性渐增至每次12.5 mg。B组仅加服盐酸贝尼地平每次4 mg,2次/天。12周后观察两组患者心绞痛缓解情况及心电图变化。结果两组心绞痛发作次数和发作时间均减少,心电图得到改善;A组总有效率为91.30%,B组总有效率为78.26%,两组比较心绞痛治疗效果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。A组出现头胀1例,肢端冰冷1例,面色潮红1例,不良反应发生率为13.04%;B组出现面红2例,心悸3例,头胀1例,不良反应发生率为26.08%。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸贝尼地平联用酒石酸美托洛尔治疗稳定性心绞痛疗效较好,且不良反应少。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of benidipine hydrochloride combined with metoprolol tartrate for the treatment of stable angina pectoris.Methods Forty-six cases of stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups.On the basis of routine nitrates and aspirin therapy,the group A additionally took benidipine hydrochloride 4 mg each time,twice daily,and initial dose of metoprolol tartrate 6.25 mg each time,twice daily,the dose was gradually increased to 12.5 mg each time according to the patient’s tolerance.On the basis of routine nitrates and aspirin therapy,the group B took benidipine hydrochloride 4 mg each time,twice daily.The remission of angina pectoris and the change of electrocardiogram after 12-week treatment were observed and compared between 2 groups.Results The frequency the episode duration of angina pectoris in the two groups were decreased,and the electrocardiogram was improved;the total effective rate was 91.30%and 78.26%in the group B,the difference between them showing statistical significancet（P 〈0.0）.One case of feeling of fullness in the head,1 case of cold extremities and 1 case of flushing complexion ocurred in the group A,the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 13.04%.Two cases of flushing complexion,3 cases of palpitation,1 case of feeling of fullness in the head appeared in the group B,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 26.08%.The difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups was statistically significant（P 〈0.0）.Conclusion Benidipine hydrochloride combined with metoprolol tartrate may increase the efficacy with few adverse reactions in treating stable angina pectoris.
