高职学前卫生学专业学生职业道德的培养

A Research on Cultivating Vocational Preschool Students’Professional Ethics

职业院校在培养学生职业技能的同时,还要注重其职业道德的培养,否则我们只能培养出"有用的机器",而不是和谐发展的人。学前教育的目的是培养幼儿教师的后备力量,幼儿教师由于其工作服务对象的特殊性,对教师的职业道德有着更高的要求。因此,作为学前教育专业的老师,我们应在学科教学中注重学生职业道德的培养。

While developing students＇ vocational skills, vocational schools should strengthen the development of students＇ moral character, otherwise what we produce is only ＂useful machines＂ instead of human beings of harmonious development. Preschool education aims at cultivating reserve force of preschool teachers. Kindergarten teachers, due to the uniqueness of students they have to work with, should have higher standards of professional ethics. Therefore, in vreschool teacher education, the cultivation of nrofessional ethics should be highlighted.
