摘要
建立科学有效的人力资源管理办法,实现人力资源的合理配置,最大限度发挥人才的积极作用,是民办高职院校实现可持续发展的根本动力之一,是实现学院最终办学目标的根本保障。鉴于目前高职院校在人力资源管理中存在的一些问题,提出改进方法:1.树立正确的人力资源管理理念;2.科学合理的引进人才;3.制定人才培养与开发目标体系;4.建立有效的激励机制。通过这些方法的改进,不断加强民办高职院校人力资源管理的内涵建设和外延发展,有效地实现人力资源的开发、利用和管理。
One of the basic impetus for the private higher vocational colleges to realize the sustainable development and also the basic guarantee to realize the ultimate schooling aims is to establish the scientific and effective hu- man resources management methods. Only by do this can the private higher vocational colleges realize the reasonable allocation of human resources and play the role of talents to the most degree. Given the problems in the human re- sources management in the higher vocational college, the following measures are suggested: first, establish the correct human resources management ideologies; second, introduce talents scientifically and rationally; third, set up talents cultivation and development goal system; four, establish effective award system. Those measures help strengthen the inner construction and the outer development of the human resources management of the private higher vocational colleges, and effectively realize the development, utility and management of the human resources.
