浅析大学生抗挫折教育中存在的问题及解决对策

针对高校抗挫折教育中存在的硬件投入不足和软件配套不完善的现状,提出了加强高校抗挫折教育师资队伍建设、加大高校抗挫折教育经费投入、搭建抗挫折教育的大平台等硬件方面投入和正确解读抗挫折教育并完善抗挫折教育的监督制度等软件配套措施的对策,以解决高校抗挫折教育中存在的问题。

Targeted at the shortage of hardware and software input in colleges, this paper put forwards the hardware input of staff building, financial and platform building. And at the same time, software input such as correct understanding of anti - setback and the set up of supervision mechanism are also needed in order to solve the problems in this regard.
