摘要
EQ1060载货汽车行驶约1万 km时,在驾驶室门框 4角及地板前部出现早期开裂现象,文中应用有限元分析技术对驾驶室及相关件进行了静态及模态分析,找出了结构发生早期开裂的主要原因。提出了提高驾驶室X向剪切刚度。降低驾驶室后悬置支承橡胶块刚度、驾驶室后支承方式由骑跨式支承改为随动式支承等改进方法。结果表明,上述措施较成功地解决了该车驾驶室早期开裂问题。
Early fissure often appears in the 4 corners of cab frame and the front part of floor when the EQ1060 truck run around 10 000 km. Applying the finite element analysis method, the static and modal analysis of the cab and relative components is made, and the main reason causing the early fissure problems is found. Facing the problem, the following improvement measures have been taken, such as increasing the cab shear stiffness in X direction, decreasing the stiffness of the cab rear mountings, and changing its straddle supporting mode into the servo - mode. The result shows that the early fissure problem of the cab have been successfully resolved by taking the above measures.
