摘要 随着电力企业向市场化迈进,设备状态检修已成为电力企业实行的一种先进的设备检修管理方式。为进一步提升设备状态检修为企业所带来更高的经济效益。在此以信息技术为支撑,构建一套能够全面支撑电力企业开展二次设备状态检修工作的状态检修管理系统。利用先进的数据挖掘技术对设备的健康状态进行综合分析,对设备做出全面的状态评价,得出设备的实时运行状态,实现对继电保护设备的状态检修提供决策依据,保证生产运行需要,提高设备的安全性和可用性,延长设备使用寿命,节约维护资金,从而为企业带来更大的经济收益。 With marketization of electric power enterprises, maintenance of the equipment condition has become an ad- vanced equipment maintenance management approach. In order to further enhance the economic benefits from equipment condi- tion maintenance, supported by information technology, a condition maintenance management system which can provide compre- hensive support for secondary equipment condition maintenance of electric power enterprises was built. The comprehensive analy- sis of equipment conditions is performed with the advanced data mining technology. A comprehensive evaluation of the equip- ment condition is make to get real-time operation status of equipment. It provided a decision basis for condition maintenance of relay protection equipment to ensure production and operation of the equipment, improved the security and availability of the equipment, prolonged equipment life, and saved maintenance cost.
