双联齿轮坯少无飞边成形工艺及模具研究

摘要 针对目前双联齿轮坯加热次数多、飞边大、其后续机加工余量大、浪费材料、能源、成本高和投资大的现状,提出了一次加热、压机一次工作循环就可成形的双向挤镦复合工艺,实现少无飞边双联齿轮毛坯的成形。根据双联齿轮形状特点及挤镦复合工艺要求,确定了挤镦复合工艺模具的结构,并通过试验对其模具结构和挤镦复合成形双联齿轮坯工艺加以检验。 Many problems exist in the currently used duplex gear plank forming technology, such as heating for many times, large flash and machining allowance afterwards, the waste of material and energy, high cost and great investment. Facing the situation, the paper presents the combined bi - directional extruding and upsetting technology, which need only one time heating and pressing work cycle for the forming of non - flash duplex gear blank. The structure of the gear blank die is determined based on the profile characteristic of the duplex gear and the requirement of combined extruding and upsetting technology. Finally, the tests are made to verify the die structure and gear blank forming technology.
