富康轿车无触点电子点火系统的检修

摘要 富康轿车 TU32/K型发动机采用无触点电子点火系统。该系统将点火信号发生器产生的点火信号传输到点火器进行放大、整形,以控制点火线圈初级电路的通断,使点火线圈次级绕组中产生高压电,击穿火花塞电极间隙,产生电火花,点燃混合气。介绍了点火信号发生器和电子点火器的结构原理与检修方法。 The TU32/K type engine of FU KANG Car is equipped with breakerless electronic ignition system. In the system, the ignition signal generated by the ignition signal generator, is transfer to the ignition module for shaping and amplifying process and used for the on and off control of the primary winding of the ignition coil. When the primary winding is opened, the high voltage will be generated in the secondary windings of the coil, which discharge across the spark clearance and ignites the mixture. This paper introduce the construction principle and service method of the ignition signal generator and electronic ignition module.
