贝前列腺素钠治疗高龄老年不稳定性心绞痛的临床观察 被引量：6

摘要 目的观察贝前列腺素钠治疗老年不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)的临床疗效。方法选择UAP老年患者98例,随机分为对照组47例,给予常规治疗,治疗组51例,在常规治疗基础上加用贝前列腺素钠。结果与对照组相比,治疗组心绞痛症状改善总有效率明显增加(P<0.05),24h缺血发作次数、总缺血时间、最长持续时间、室性早搏次数均显著减少(P<0.01),纤维蛋白原水平,小板聚集率均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),收缩压、舒张压均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),与对照组比较,治疗组未增加不良反应的发生。结论在常规治疗基础上加用贝前列腺素钠治疗老年UAP安全有效。
