摘要
参照最新生效的国际海事组织决议案等内容,总结归纳不同类型船舶对破损稳性的不同要求以及各公约修正案生效时间,总结假定破损范围、破损部位以及残存能力的最新要求。强调设计阶段提高船舶破损稳性的若干有效措施。结合现场检验工作,系统总结生产建造阶段有效落实破损稳性要求,以确保船舶航行安全的方法及措施。
Based on the International Maritime Organization (IMO) resolutions entered into force recently, different damage stability requirements for different ship were summarized respectively. Exactly dates when the relative resolutions or amendment will enter into force were listed. The assumed extent of damage, the damaged area, as well as the residual capacity according to the latest requirements were analysis. Several effective measures were provided for ship damage stability design's consideration. Besides, how to effectively implement the damage stability requirements on-site was concluded in detail, aiming to ensure the safety of navigation of the ship.
