摘要
基于Abaqus有限元软件,应用高斯热源模型建立线加热成形的有限元模型。采用不同网格尺寸及划分策略,利用瞬态热分析求解线加热成形中温度场的分布。结果表明,随着网格尺寸的减小,线加热成形中的最大温度先减小直到网格尺寸为2 mm后温度保持不变,说明2 mm的网格尺寸对线加热温度场分析是合理而有效的。
A finite element model of line heating forming was established in Abaqus by using Gauss heat source model. The transient heat conduction analysis was used to solve the distribution of temperature. The temperature field in different mesh sizes was calculated. The results showed that, with the reduction of mesh size, the maximum temperature values of line heating initially decrease and then remain unchanged. And the mesh size of 2 mm is reasonable for temperature field analysis of line heating form- ing.
