摘要
基于有限元法对自升式钻井平台进行受迫振动响应预测分析,建立平台整体三维有限元模型,加载激励载荷后采用直接稳态动力学法进行求解。计算结果表明,该自升式钻井平台结构振动性能良好,所关心区域均能满足ISO6954(2000)规范要求。将理论计算结果与试验测试结果进行对比分析,验证有限元分析结果的准确性。
The forced vibration prediction was carried out for self-elevating drilling unit based on finite element method (FEM). the 3D finite element model was established to analyze the direct steady-state dynamics. The numerical results showed that the global vibration characteristics of this platform is perfect, all the concern location can meet the requirements of ISO6954. Through the comparison of FE result and the measured data, the accuracy of FE analysis was verified.
