摘要
以出口至赤道几内亚门机整机海运绑扎为例,利用ANSYS对门座起重机进行建模,对海运时绑扎方案及海运载荷进行分析,最后得出海运时各部件应力及不同浪向时应力最大点出现的部位,为该类型门座起重机海运绑扎提供参考和理论依据。
The safety of shipping colligation scheme for the whole gantry crane exported to Equatorial Guinea was evaluated. The finite element model of the gantry crane was established in Ansys, the colligation scheme and shipping load were calculated and analyzed. The stress distribution of all parts of the gantry crane under diffident shipping load conditions was obtained by FEA, which provided reference and theoretical basis for this kind of shipping colligation scheme.
